Travel enquiry privacy notice

Effective: 21 October 2026. Aven Ventures receives information voluntarily submitted through the Aven Travels travel planning, Umrah and trade partnership enquiry forms.

What information we collect

Names, contact details, broad departure location, destination interests, anticipated travel dates, estimated group size, budget preferences, itinerary requirements and, for Umrah enquiries, passport nationality to help identify general visa-eligibility questions. Trade enquiries may include an organisation’s name, website and the services it offers.

Do not submit passport numbers, identification copies, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal information through these introductory forms.

How enquiries are used

We use the information to respond to travel or partnership enquiries, evaluate potential arrangements with suppliers, prepare proposals and communicate with you. We do not use these enquiries as consent for unrelated marketing or treat them as confirmed reservations.

Storage and sharing

The forms use Wix Forms and associated Wix services. Access should be limited to authorised Aven Ventures personnel. If a proposal requires suppliers, we will discuss what information would need to be shared and with whom. International processing may occur as part of platform services or supplier collaboration, subject to applicable safeguards.

Retention and rights

Enquiries should be kept only as long as necessary to assess and follow up on the request. Our intended retention period for enquiries that do not result in a booking or engagement is up to six months after the matter is closed unless a legal duty or separate agreement requires otherwise.
